Matrix Business Park at 7A consists of 480+ acres of land located at Interchange 7A, the intersection of the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 195.

The property is zoned to accommodate a build out of approximately 5.3 million square feet of distribution and light manufacturing space; and has already garnered approvals for two warehouses at 1.2 million square feet and 950,000 square feet.

All utilities are currently at the site including high-pressure natural gas, teledata & fiber optic lines, electrical service, and new water and sewer lines. The entire project is approved under a General Development Plan and individual buildings require only Township Planning Board approval to begin construction.

Regional Access:

Matrix Business Park at 7A has immediate accessibility to the New Jersey Turnpike, is within one-quarter of a mile of Exit 8 of U.S. Route I-195, which is the primary east-west artery in this region of New Jersey.

Approximately 30 miles to the East of the park lies the New Jersey shore with several vibrant and growing residential communities in between.  Approximately 8 miles to the West is Trenton, the state capitol, as well as the majority of Mercer County, New Jersey, and Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Accessible to New York City, Port Elizabeth and Newark Airport 45 minutes to the North.  This location also lies within 40 minutes of the Philadelphia docks and airport.
