LEASE EXPANSIONS AT NORTHEAST BUSINESS PARK AT 7A IN ROBBINSVILLE, NJ

ROBBINSVILLE, N.J. (January 28, 2008) – Matrix Development Group today announced 288,000 square feet in industrial facility expansions for three current tenants at Matrix’s Northeast Business Park located at Exit 7A off the New Jersey Turnpike in Robbinsville. The expansions have been completed for Lifetime Brands, Sleepy’s and Bohren’s Moving & Storage.
Matrix expanded the space leased by Lifetime Brands by 148,000 square feet, bringing the company’s leased space to 700,000 square feet. Lifetime Brands is North America’s leading designer, developer and marketer of kitchenware, cutlery, cutting boards, bakeware, cookware, pantryware, spices, tabletop, home decor, picture frames and bath accessories.
A 90,000 square foot expansion for Sleepy’s, the leading mattress retailer in the Northeast, brings the company’s leased space to 275,000 square feet at the business park. A 50,000 square foot expansion for Bohren’s Moving & Storage, brings the company’s leased space to 175,000 square feet. Bohren’s is a highly respected household, commercial, international, tradeshow and exhibit moving company.
Three speculative warehouse buildings are available at Matrix’s Northeast Business Park, including an 800,311 square foot facility at 141 West Manor Way; 480,240 square foot facility at 16 Applegate Drive; and 243,162 square foot facility at 14 Applegate Drive.
The existing 10-building campus, with the ability to accommodate an additional 5 million square feet of light industrial space at Matrix’s neighboring Matrix Business Park at 7A, is a highly sought after industrial park. Located at the intersection of the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 195, the business parks have attracted many notable tenants, including WW Grainger, Mercedes Benz and Jack Morton, just to name a few.
